Glass Bead Making

Winter 08 - Thursdays - January 10th - February 28th - 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Spring 08 - Thursdays - March 13th - May 8th - 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Glass Bead Making is an increasingly popular art form. Learn how to use a hot head torch to melt glass into beads. You will learn to make different shapes, stringers and canes frits and mica powders. Students will be able to make their own beads the very first night of class. In the second half of this 8 week class you will extend your knowledge and learn even more techniques to create you beads.

• Class Fee for Alpharetta Resident - $120.00
• Class Fee for Non- Resident - $180.00
• Supply fee - $100.00 payable the first night of class, which covers EVERYTHING needed to make beads for the 8 weeks of classes.

You must be 18 years or older to take this class. Not a class for pregnant women.
